Having a partner as you make your way through emotional challenges can make all the difference. I specialize in helping teens, college-age students, young adults, the queer community, and creatives address challenges that are negatively impacting their wellness so they can work toward achieving personal and professional goals. I am passionate about helping people stuck in perfectionism and self-doubt, as well as those experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, difficult life transitions, interpersonal conflicts, and low self-esteem.

In our work you are not alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the pressure to have it all figured out so you can reconnect with curiosity, confidence, and meaning in daily life. I also support people in non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships as they navigate communication, jealousy, and trust with openness and compassion.

My approach is authentic, collaborative, and unafraid of being with people through their toughest moments. Clients often tell me they feel understood quickly because of my working style, which is open, self-aware, and comfortable with the messy, complicated parts of life. I center relational psychodynamic therapy while integrating practical tools from DBT, IFS, and somatic techniques, always focusing on what supports growth and connection.

Educated at NYU (MSW), Stanford (Master’s), and Mills College (BA), I bring strong academic training together with a real-world perspective. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can find confidence, build understanding, and live more fully.
