Hi there! I'm Dimitri (he/him/his), a proud gay psychotherapist dedicated to partnering with you on your journey toward insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful growth in a warm, collaborative environment. I cultivate a welcoming, LGBTQ+-affirming, and inclusive space where every aspect of your identity is honored and celebrated. I specialize in working with adults, offering both in-person and virtual sessions.

At the heart of my integrative practice, I use psychodynamic approaches to help you explore how unconscious feelings and past experiences influence your behavior, empowering you to understand your emotions and interactions more deeply. Complementing this are techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address negative thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to manage emotions, and mindfulness practices to foster present-moment awareness, all designed to be trauma-informed and culturally sensitive.

We can work together to navigate life changes, career shifts, and burnout, while addressing anxiety, depression, and body image struggles. Our focus will be on nurturing healthier relationships and embracing your authentic self to discover purpose and meaning in your life. My background in the performing arts provides a unique perspective, as my experiences deepen my appreciation for the creative process and the resilience found within the artist's journey.

Together, we can uncover your strengths and enhance your self-awareness, paving the way for lasting well-being and fulfillment. When you're ready, reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
