Licensed to practice in NY & NJ
I received my masters from Columbia University in 2006 and have been helping people feel better through therapy since 2007. My specialities include relationship issues, parenting, divorce, and life transitions both for heterosexual individuals and the queer community.
My approach is solution-focused. I strive for results and getting you feeling better as quickly as possible. Working together, I can help you find more happiness and connectedness. Through honesty and compassion, I will provide you with a safe and judgment-free space to get to the root of the discomfort.
My goal is for you to walk away from each session feeling like we have gotten something accomplished and that we are moving in the direction of feeling peace. I will give you new tools to enable you to be able to handle anything life throws at you. No one’s life is perfect (regardless of what you see on Instagram), but with some support and a hand to hold, we can get through anything.
