Hi, I’m Tanner, a queer therapist who brings creativity to the process of supporting individuals finding their way between self-discovery and external pressures. Maybe you’re facing a major life change, wrestling with an inner voice that tells you you’re not enough, or struggling in relationships. You deserve a space to explore these challenges with curiosity and care.

Here’s what I know to be true: Change is possible, and it often starts with examining identity and the crystallized stories we tell about ourselves. Imagine feeling at ease with yourself, building meaningful relationships, and confidently pursuing what matters most to you. I believe the relationship at the core of therapy can free you to embrace new possibilities for growth and self-compassion.

My approach is collaborative and affirming. I draw from narrative- and strength-based traditions, psychodynamic theory, and relational- and emotion-focused frameworks. Together, we’ll honor your experiences, uncover patterns that are due for an update, and help you write the next chapter of your story with intention and hope.
